The store was moved from Bloomington to a retail location in Hopkins, Minnesota. They also expanded their product line to include Polaris Snowmobiles, Honda Motorcycles, and ATVs.

In 1996, a second location in Burnsville, Minnesota, was purchased to sell MasterCraft Boats and water sports accessories. This location was later renamed Ride Sports when the Polaris portion of the business was moved there. In 1997, Midwest Water Sports bought their first MasterCraft X-Star, marking a shift towards wakeboarding technology.
