Head coach: Klint Pleasant

Dr. Klint Pleasant is the men's varsity basketball head coach at Rochester Christian University. He has deep roots at the university, as his grandfather, Lucien Palmer, was a founding father and the first academic dean of the college. Dr. Palmer later served as president for eight years. Klint's father, Garth Pleasant, also worked at the university for nearly 40 years as the men's basketball coach, athletic director, and faculty member.

Klint Pleasant attended Waterford Kettering High School in Waterford, Michigan, where he played football for the legendary coach Mike Berry. He was a unanimous first-team all-conference selection in football and was his team's co-captain for baseball, basketball, and football. After high school, Pleasant went on to play football at Lipscomb University, graduating in 1998.

Before becoming head coach, Pleasant served as the Vice President of Enrollment at Rochester Christian University for eight years, increasing new student enrollment each year. He also spent four seasons as an assistant coach to his father. As head coach, Pleasant has enjoyed much success, with an overall coaching record of 302-155 across 13 years. In his first season (2011-2012), he led the Warriors to a 26-win season and a runner-up finish at the USCAA National Tournament. In the school's first full year as an NAIA member, Pleasant achieved a 30-win season, a USCAA National Championship, and a victory over NCAA Division I Eastern Illinois University. He has since added another USCAA National Championship in 2018 and coached seven NAIA All-Americans. In the 2022-23 season, Pleasant's squad hosted NCAA Division I Oakland University for the first time, playing an exciting game in front of a sold-out crowd at Garth Pleasant Arena.
