The Badgers' 1911-1914 seasons under Walter Meanwell
Walter Meanwell, also known as "Doc", began coaching the Wisconsin Badgers in 1911. In his first season, he led the team to an undefeated season, finishing with a 15-0 record. The team was retroactively named the national champion by the Helms Athletic Foundation and the Premo-Porretta Power Poll.
